Our addition of Holi powder was a HUGE hit with the students at this years Colour Fun Walkathon. So much so, that we needed to publish a 'special edition Newsflash' to celebrate the occasion.
A massive thank you must go to Ms Wendy Wong, Ms Isabella Winchester and Ms Phoebe Wood for all their organisation and behind the scenes effort to make this event happen. The amount of time that was volunteered to plan the event, purchase the resources and communicate all the details is extraordinary and is very much appreciated. I know they did all this work for the purpose of creating a fun and memorable experience for our students, whilst raising valuable funds to support the continued improvement of our school grounds and resources.
Thank you to all our students and families for getting sponsors and raising money to support our school. You are all fabulous, and every dollar will go back into creating spaces and resources for our students to use now, and into the future.
To our K-2 students and families, we have postponed your event until next Friday, 15th September and will share some amazing pictures after your event.
Don't forget to collect money from your sponsors and either use the envelope provided for cash, or use the QR code to pay through the School Bytes portal.
