Who: Parents and caregivers of all students (K-6) at Artarmon Public School.

When: Wednesday 24 August (Week 6) from 6:00 - 7:30pm.

Where: Artarmon Public School, beginning in the school hall at 6pm.

The evening will provide you with information about:

• the current K-6 English syllabus, as well as the new K-2 English syllabus being rolled out state wide in 2023;
• a closer look into literacy teaching practices at Artarmon PS, including targeted sessions aimed at parents of Kindergarten, Stage One (Year 1&2) and Stage Two/Three (Years 3-6) students;
• strategies and tips for supporting your child or children with their literacy development at home; and
• in-school interventions to support the literacy development of students with additional English language needs, including our EAL/D and Learning Support programs.
