Tournament of Minds Regional Finals

On Sunday, two teams of excited Year 5 and Year 6 students attended the Sydney North Regional Final for Tournament of Minds at Waitara Public School. These students have worked enthusiastically this term during lunch times and before school to prepare props, costumes and a dramatic performance that is aimed to solve an authentic, open-ended challenge. They demonstrated creative, divergent thinking, collaborative enterprise, excellence and teamwork. Congratulations to Kristina, Elisya, Airan, Hia, Rachel, Arshiya, David, Lauren, Grace, Emma, Ayaan, Alex, Jess and Niharika on your excellent performances and thank you to the mums and dads who supported their attendance!
