PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE
CHANGE OF SCHOOL COMMUNICATION APP AND WEBSITE
We have announced our new website and online Newsflash. Go live dates will be published soon, however, do not forget to download the new Schoolzine app.
One of the major draw cards of moving our website to Schoolzine is that all information and weekly Newsflash articles can be translated imediately using the inbuilt Google Translate function.
The current skoolbag app will be phased out and the new Schoolzine app will be the only APP we use from Monday 19 November.
We will start using the new SZapp from Week 4 – on the 5th November
To download the new Schoolzine app (SZapp) please follow the instructions attached below.
APPROACHING TEACHERS AND PARENTS
Speaking to parents at Kindergarten Orientation , we reminded them that any information for teachers is always valuable. Talking to other parents will not solve problems and can make the parents of the children you are talking to feel uncomfortable.
Under no circumstance should a parent attempt to discipline someone else’s child or talk to the parent about their concerns. Please talk to the teacher who will deal with the issue.

OCEAN ACTION POD ACTIVITIES
The Ocean Action Pod was activated through a grant from the NSW Environmental Trust by Sydney’s Total Environment Centre.
This week Kindergarten, Yr 1 and 2 students participated in activites that were free and sponsored by Willoughby Council.
