Congratulations to Orchestra

Our Orchestra was placed 1^st in the Ryde Eisteddfod last week. Thank you to Mr Mansukhani for conducting the students and to the parent helpers for transporting instruments.

School Open Day Tomorrow

Come along before school on Thursday 8^th August to hear Training Band, Junior Band, Concert Band and Senior Concert Band perform before school; Jazz Band and Orchestra will perform during the morning concert in the hall. Details for performers of arrival time etc. have been emailed to parents.

Get involved in Band: Committee meeting next week Monday 12^th August

We hold a Band Committee meeting once per term to review the year's band activities and plan future events. All band parents are welcome, whether or not you are on the Band Committee. This term's meeting is next week on Monday 12^th August at 7pm in the Music Room. Coming along to the meeting is a great way to find out what's going on and how you can help.

In particular, we are seeking a Band Convenor for 2020. This could easily be shared between a couple of people. Now is a good time to find out what the role entails before the current convenor leaves the school. Please email band@artarmonpandc.org.au to find out more.
