Dear Parents,

As you all know the fundraising for the school is the responsibility of the Year 3 parents. The main event and the highlight on the school and most children’s social calendar is the Multicultural Fair.

We need your help! We need you to donate goods to be used as prizes/auction items for games and activities at the Multicultural Fair.

Donated goods can range in value from $5 to $5,000+. The donated items can be physical goods or they can be vouchers for services or stores.

What items can you donate? It’s up to you! Some ideas are board games, sporting equipment, toys, a Westfield voucher, hand cream, books, perhaps some mugs or a stationary set the list is endless. We need items for both adults or children - the greater the variety of donations the more interest they will receive, which means more money will be raised for much needed outdoor play equipment for our children.

As with all good things there is some fine print. The goods must be new and unused. The Multicultural Fair is on the 3^rd November 2019, so any perishable items must be able to last beyond that date. And unfortunately, we are unable to accept alcohol, Lotto Tickets/Scratchies or any vouchers for tutoring services.

Donating is simple all you need to do is drop the items in the tubs opposite the school office,  if you are leaving items of high value or gift cards please give them to the office staff and ask them to be put in the P&C tray.
