Multicultural Fair
Our art display is now starting to ramp up. The students are very excited about the art that they have created. Class parents will be sending out details and the art will be open and on display during next term. During the Multicultural Fair on the 3rd of November the artworks will be on sale and available to bid on. Watch this space...
Staff changes
A few changes to staff for next term. Mrs Jo Donaldson will be commencing maternity leave and Mr Stephen Thirlaway will be replacing her for term 4. We thank Gemma Jenkins our school counsellor who will also be leaving at the end of the term. Our counsellor Angie Kelsey will be returning term 4 from maternity leave.
Congratulations-
Congratulations to Cordelia Xie 6EA who won 2nd prize in the Sydney division of the ANSTO ‘Shorebirds art competition’. Cordelia’s excellent artwork earned her a prize of $250. Well done!
The student entries were judged by a panel that included ANSTO staff and members of the public. Congratulations to all students who gained a highly commended and commended award also.
