WELCOME MRS KARINA PAGE

Mrs Page will join Artarmon Public School as our new Deputy Principal on Monday 17 August. She made a short visit today to take a tour of the school and meet some of the staff.

Mrs Page comes to us from Emu Plains Public School and we are all looking forwad to welcoming her to our amazing school community.

There was some talk in the media today about woodwind instruments and the Covid Virus. When we have direction from the Department I will pass on the appropriate information.

STUDENTS INVOLVED IN VOLUNTEER WORK

I would like to acknowledge the volunteer work undertaken by students in our school community during the recent July school holidays and weekends through participation in volunteering School Holiday Programs, with Kids Giving Back. These  students  gave up their leisure time to undertake a range of activities to assist support vulnerable people including the homeless and those that are socially isolated - Benjamin Loy and  Jonathan Loy. Kids Giving Back is a charity whose mission is to create the next Generation of Generosity.
