A reminder that an information session will be provided for the community on Friday morning at 9.00am in the school hall.
Parents often have many questions about how this program works and how it may assist their child.
Mr Coombes and Ms Wolski will present information and answer your questions at this session.
NAPLAN 2021
Yr 3 and 5 students participated in the NAPLAN assessments this week. Students will also complete NAPLAN assessments in Yr 7 and Yr 9.
Thank you to our fantastic teachers who reassured our students that all that was expected of them was to do their best and kept students calm and confident.
Thanks to our wonderful Year 3 parent volunteers for organising the Mother's Day stall. I hope all our Mums enjoyed their gifts and were spoilt last Sunday.

HOW DO NSW PUBLIC SCHOOLS WORK?
CONGRATULATIONS
The Girls Soccer Knockout Team did a fantastic job in the first round of the knockout competition today. Although we didn't come away with the win, all the girls tried their best and should be proud of their efforts! An extra special mention to our player of the match Jenna Jobi, who played in multiple positions throughout the game.

HOW DO NSW PUBLIC SCHOOLS WORK?
Many of our families come from different countries and therefore have experiences in different school systems. This information session will clarify some misunderstandings for you and give you an opportunity to ask questions such as:
Why does the school do things the way they do?
How does the curriculum work?
How do we staff the school?
