PARKING REMINDER

On Thursday this week the Healthy Harold van will arrive. It will be parked at the front of the McMillan Rd Kiss and Drop Zone. The van has council permission to park here for the period of time that children will be participating in lessons.

If you are dropping your children off or picking them up please be careful during this time.

CROSSING SUPERVISOR STARTS FRIDAY!

Our very own crossing supervisor starts this Friday 28th May! Children have been reminded around the importance of safety and following crossing supervisors instructions. Please talk to your children at home about the changes.

8:25am - 9:25am

2:30am - 3:30pm

KIDS' LIT QUIZ

On Monday, Artarmon students participated in the Sydney heat of the Kids' Literacy Quiz. The contest was fierce with 32 teams vying for a place in the next round of competition. Students answered questions to win books and yes, even some cash! A big congratulations to the Year 6 team: Natalie Rowe, Kiera Huang, David Lu and Kevin Lu, who placed fourth overall. They also correctly answered four in-between round questions to win a total of $20.00, and received a book each for winning the ninth round. The Year 5 team: YiYao Chen, Ellora Wani, Kristina Kordusic, and Helena Tuo, finished just outside the top ten teams and correctly answered a difficult in-between round question to win $5.00. It was a fantastic day and all students were great ambassadors for our school. A huge thank you the mums and dad who transported the students to and from the venue. We are very lucky to have such wonderful students and supportive parents!​
